With this initiative, visitors can activate their Free Visitor Line eSIM as soon as they pass through immigration. The process is incredibly user-friendly: by simply scanning a QR code and completing a quick facial recognition step, travelers can connect to the network without the need to wait in long lines or navigate time-consuming procedures.

This groundbreaking solution from e& UAE not only streamlines the activation process but also ensures that tourists can stay connected from the moment they land. The free eSIM provides 10GB of complimentary data, valid for one day, enabling visitors to communicate with loved ones and access vital services right away.

In addition to the data package, the tourist SIM card also provides users with discounts and privileges when using public transport or visiting attractions throughout the UAE. As a further convenience, the eSIM is automatically blocked upon the visitor’s departure from the country.

Previously, tourists arriving at Dubai airport were offered a free SIM card, but it only provided 1GB of internet, making this new initiative a significant improvement in terms of both data allowance and convenience.
