Air Canada Introduces Free Beer and Wine Service Across Canada and the U.S.

Cheers to enhanced travel! Air Canada is upgrading the Economy experience with the introduction of premium complimentary snacks and beverages.

Starting today, all Economy customers can enjoy homegrown Canadian favorites on every flight. This includes buttery herb and garlic pretzels from Alberta’s TWIGZ and Quebec-based Leclerc’s Célébration Cookie, made with real milk chocolate and butter.

In addition to these delicious snacks, Air Canada is expanding its complimentary beer and wine offerings to Economy customers on flights within Canada and the U.S., a perk previously available only on international routes. Through the end of the year, passengers can enjoy a variety of exceptional beverages, including Hop Valley and Creemore Springs Premium Lager, Molson Canadian, Coors Light, and two French wines from Paul Mas.

For those who prefer spirits, Air Canada is offering a selection of $5 cocktails featuring Baileys Original Irish Cream, Canadian Club rye, Bacardi Superior rum, Bombay Sapphire gin, Smirnoff vodka, Tromba Tequila Blanco, and Campari. These offerings ensure there’s something for everyone to toast to, with the largest bar selection of any North American airline.

These new offerings build on Air Canada’s recent extensive food and beverage upgrades, which include over 100 new rotating seasonal recipes. The refreshed Bistro menu now provides the most extensive selection of fresh buy-on-board options among North American airlines and remains the only one to offer hot, fresh kids’ meals for purchase.
