Ambani’s Grand Wedding: 100 Planes, 3 Falcon 2000 Jets Hired for Guest Transportation

The upcoming wedding of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant is poised to be a lavish affair, drawing attention not only for its grandeur but also for the logistical feats it entails.

According to reports, Rajan Mehra, CEO of Club One Air, has confirmed that the Ambani family has chartered three Falcon-2000 jets from his company to ferry guests to the event. The scale of the event is unprecedented, with expectations that over 100 private planes will be utilized to accommodate guests flying in for the celebrations.

This surge in demand has stretched Ayodhya airport to its capacity, necessitating the booking of additional slots at Varanasi and Gorakhpur airports to manage the influx of private aircraft.

Scheduled to take place at the Jio World Centre in Mumbai’s bustling Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), the wedding has prompted significant traffic management measures. From July 12 to July 15, roads surrounding the venue will be accessible exclusively to “event vehicles” between 1 PM and midnight each day.

Mumbai’s traffic police have issued a comprehensive advisory to ensure minimal disruption and smooth traffic flow during this period.
