US to display Its Upgraded B-52 Bomber at Farnborough Airshow

Boeing is set to make a significant impact at the 2024 Farnborough International Airshow, showcasing its latest advancements in aviation technology.
The company is focusing on enhancing safety, quality, and meeting customer commitments while highlighting next-generation technologies and capabilities.
Among the highlights will be the B-52H Stratofortress, a long-range nuclear and conventional bomber that serves as the primary standoff cruise missile carrier for the United States Air Force (USAF). The B-52H will be featured prominently at the airshow, which runs from July 22 to 26, 2024, in Hampshire, UK.
U.S. Military’s Airshow Presence
The U.S. military will present a diverse array of 13 aircraft from its Air Force, Navy, and Army at the event. This impressive lineup includes the B-52, F-15, F-35, F-16M, F-35A, P-8, CH-47F, AH-64E, UH-60V, C-130J, and MQ-9.
Discussing the U.S. military’s participation, General James B. Hecker, commander of U.S. Air Forces in Europe-Air Forces Africa, stated: “The Farnborough International Airshow is yet another opportunity for the U.S. military to come together with our UK and NATO Allies and partners to display the dynamic capabilities of our various aircraft and highlight our collective readiness.”
