Top 10 Worst airports in Asia for Wait Times in 2023

In a recent survey conducted by Casago, placed the spotlight on some of the Asia’s most dreadful airport experiences. Casago looked examined customer evaluations from airlinequality.com, where each reviewer rated the queueing times from 1 to 5 stars, to determine which airports have the best and worst queueing times.

Kuwait International Airport in Kuwait is no stranger to long lines. Passengers regard this airport as the worst in Asia for queueing times, with only 11.11% of reviews receiving 4 or 5 stars. While other aspects such as cuisine and service are scored favourably, its delayed boarding earned it second position in AirHelp’s 2019 list of the world’s worst airports.

Dalaman Airport ranked second as the worst airport in Asia for queueing times, with only 11.76% of reviews receiving 4 or 5 stars. Meanwhile, Tribhuvan International Airport had a rating of 12.90%, Chennai International Airport had a rating of 16.83%, and Pune Airport had a rating of 19.05% for queueing times, all of which received reviews with 4 or 5 stars.
